The band is a phosphorescent phosphor well adhering tape with cover.

The phosphorescent tape has a high luminosity in the dark even after a short light irradiation with a source.
 

The tape burns brightest in the first 30 minutes after irradiation. However, it remains visible up to 10 hours in the dark.

Typical applications:
The phosphorus band is mainly used to produce warning markers, information signs, decorations, and labeling for the road.
